Livewire91 Posted March 24, 2024 Posted March 24, 2024 Albion is an archaic name for Great Britain used by classical scholars to refer to this cold and wet island. Some 2000 years later in 2019, four young whippersnappers dug up the ancient term to use as the name for their new band. At the foundation of this project would be the preservation and exposure of traditional folk music, but presented through the modern medium of metal and rock. Well, I've given up trying figure out why Neil does anything...or doesn't. I'm just glad that I can now listen to this one over my morning coffee. Neil Young- Time Fades Away 8 2

remurmur Posted March 24, 2024 Posted March 24, 2024 (edited) After a debut album of pop country that I just could not get into, to a second album that leaned more to traditional country, but with a definite soul feel, Allison decides that she would rather be Neil Young and releases this. Definitely a bit quirky, but also definitely more than a bit enjoyable, at least from this chair Allison Moorer- The Duel Edited March 24, 2024 by remurmur 4
