I was thinking I could really go for a Red Stripe.

I did a destination wedding in Jamaica, loved Red Stripe and a local rum.

Bought them both a few times when I got home, they never tasted as good, so gave up on both of them.

Started my fast at 4:30pm yesterday for a blood draw today at 10:30am, was so hungry my stomach thought my throat had been slit.

On way home bought 2 bottles of a Bourbon brand new to me, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, sushi and then hit Wegmans Supermarket for Cavier and Foie Gras.

You don't see that one every day.

I saw it once - stupidly didn't pick it up and have never seen it again

Like I say, love this hobby of ours, it's never about what you buy but what you put back.

True

Ive spent over 50 years putting records back for pricing reasons

But good news

Streaming

Now I not only never put anything back but can explore music to my retired hearts content

I can even listen to records I don’t like in the hope that I will

At least I won’t die without having listened 😄

But you don't get that sweet smell of an old moldy record!

"On arrival they discovered the hoglet was in fact a "faux furry friend""

Love it, so people aren't insane about animals just in the States.

Oh no, Gene, we’re famous for it.

We have the RSPCA (Royal Society For The Protection Of Cruelty To Animals) but merely the NSPCC (National Society For The Protection Of Cruelty To Children).
