I really don’t want to sell it because I’ve waited years to find one. Having said that he needs the money more than I need the CR1. These are the pinacle of analogue crossovers. It does exactly what it says - it provides an analogue crossover with some very clever features. All reviewers say the CR1 is transparent, I can’t say that I’ve noticed it make any change to my system apart from the actual crossover functionality. It appears to be completely transparent and would compliment any system where a sub or subs are used. It’s in excellent condition and comes with the original manual and double box. I can post around Australia. RRP is around $7000 and I know that there is not a single one on AUS available to buy from a dealer. US used pricing is around $2500 (US) so my price seems about line ball. Check out the reviews, if you’re looking for a high quality analogue crossover there’s not many choices of anything decent. About the only one I could find was the JL and one from SPL. Removing bass from your mains will open up your speakers. Mid bass drivers won’t be trying to output lower registers as well as vocal ranges.
