I've apply for this service, their replay email as below:

Thank you for submitting your Authentication Form. We will process your request as quickly as possible. Just a reminder: Should your cable prove to be genuine, it will be returned to you at our expense; however, should your cable prove to be counterfeit, the cable will be destroyed without compensation. By submitting the Authentication Form you are agreeing to these terms.

Best regards,
AudioQuest

Hasn’t changed just one bit, over the years. The upside even without the store bought receipt, having been authenticated by the manufacturer is actually the best guarantee of them being genuine. Especially if subsequently sold to someone else.

You are absolutely right.

The seller didn't respond  my receipt request and suggested me to sell it in the forum instead.  🤥

Have you spoken to @Marc about this situation? Particularly, if the seller has more high end “Audioquest” gear  they intend to sell on the forum.

Not yet. If Audioquest destroy my cable, I will report that to forum. At this moment we cant say it's not genuine.

I've had this problem with Audioquest xlr interconnects not locking onto ARC outputs. I can't remember how I solved it. I think there was a guide screw on one cable I had to remove to plug in the cable.  With the ARC outputs I think I had to push it in harder.

You've mentioned that you're a bit unsure about the physical properties of one of the cable's connectors but I'm not sure if you've mentioned if they sound the same or not - perhaps you're able to compare your cables to someone else's same cables to see if they sound the same and that'll tell you straight away if they're a different sound, faulty, counterfeit, etc

If the cables don't sound the same but you're happy with them, then sending a possible/probable counterfeit cable to AQ is a waste and won't fix the problem of a doubtful connector

My previous XLR cable was WBC (Mogami 3080 wire and Neutrik plug), to be honest, I cant hear much difference.

Um, I had the older unbalanced AQ Colorado cables and I found quite a difference in the sound between this and the Mogami 8030 cables in my system - this doesn't mean all that much in your setup but I'd suggest you do a comparison with someone else's Earth cable just for confirmation.
