Interesting it has a different counterweight to the usual square one for this tonearm.

I have two of these.

Both counterweights are round with a flattened top.

This is my Acos Lustre GST 1 . Showing head shells.  I also had one fitted to a Rega.

Thanks Wartman ,that headshells are hard to find ,they look much industrial than the normal ones with all the cutouts,love them.

EV Cali I am surprised to see that your tonearms look brand new but you have Linear Design headshells ( don't remember how many times missed to get one of there TTs on the cheap to get that tonearm ,specially the sound tracer ones..they just avoid me)

It looks like the armlift on the headshell has been pulled forward, on the illustration it is perpendicular to the headshell side.  It wouldn't be too difficult to gently bend it back into position.

They’re a great tonearm that’s for sure.

The rarest thing on a S-220 is the lifter only seen a couple of pics ...guess it's an aftermarket add on but really would love to put my hands on one ( maybe one day I make one,btw when bought the Silex was hopping I could scavenge the lifter of the tonearm for that )
