Antripodean Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 Further Information: I've had this turntable since 2016. It's the pinnacle of auto turntables from JVC. Spend a moment to read through the page on the Vintage Knob to get to know all of it's features. It's what I would call a 'sleeper' in the vintage turntable world. It has many advances with the bi-directional servo. Interesting fact is that the engineer for this TT Drive ended up designing the drive for the Yamaha GT-2000! The Q-Damping is great; just adjust for conical or elliptical needle. The auto function is great and still works well. I recently had it serviced and it came through with flying colours. I'm thinning the herd so this one needs to go. The arm retainer has been replaced with tie wire. The acrylic lid has the usual swirl marks. It's a Euro 220V unit so no transformer is required and a technician changed the plug to AU three pin. The cartridge included is the highly regarded Ortofon FF 15 XE Mk2. At my asking price and for pickup, I will include an extra Victor (JVC) cartridge with new stylus. It's a tough decision to let this go but I have kept a vintage JVC/Victor TT to maintain my direct drive collection. http://www.thevintageknob.org/jvc-QL-F6.html https://www.vinylengine.com/library/jvc/ql-f6.shtml
