Most people familiar with TAD loudspeaker components know the TAD TD-4003 requires no explanation. Condition- Mint l have marked these items as mint because they have not been used and are in as new condition out of the box. The packages were opened for testing and inspection only. These drivers have been visually inspected inside and out and tested for full impedance sweep and frequency response sweep and are in full working condition. The diaphragms are the original beryllium diaphragms. The quality of construction and finishing of these compression drivers is absolutely flawless. I originally purchased these Tad compression drivers for a TAD monitor project which never came to fruition. I have way too many other competing projects so these drivers are being sold. Only stored in an air conditioned environment. The TD - 4003 compression drivers can be used on a number of radial horns including replica TAD horns and the Joseph Crowe state of art radial horns. Details of a passive network have been posted on some diy audio forums. Both drivers will be professionally double boxed in a single package and shipped world wide with full insurance. To that end l can offer my expertise to design & execute a precision crossover network. l have previously collaborated with Nelson Pass and Greg Timbers on the design of a prototype discrete Jfet tri amp active crossover network for the JBL Everest DD67000. This work can be done remotely with REW fr data files and DATS3 imp data files from the user imported into my Leap Crossover Shop software. A network can be designed for any appropriate horn and woofer. Below Is the passive DD67000 passive network modelled in Leap .

There is no cash pickup and the inherent risks. No low ball offers. I will not be persuaded to auction on EBay. The drivers are held in a secure location. Once payment is received the drivers will be professionally packed and shipped with insurance. When you make an offer confirm you can pay the amount in full at the time of the offer.
