Almo99 Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 I am very reluctantly selling my MBL 120 speakers. They are the best speakers I have ever heard at this price. They deliver the most beautiful, perfect sound that is huge, massive soundstage with a holographic and 3D like soundfield. Nothing else sounds like them. Along with my Wilson Benesch Torus subwoofer and MBL C51 (which I am also selling, see my other listings) this was an endgame system. I am only selling as we moved house and my music room is just too small for them. They need space and to be clear of walls to sound their best but when in the right room they are unparalleled. I am also including a full compliment (8) of the Stillpoints Ultra SS V1 Isolation footers. A few things to note before bidding. There is a bit of a crack on the underside of one of the speakers by the footer. Not sure how this happened but you can see it in the picture. This does not impact the sound at all and can't even been seen when the speaker is in it's normal position. Second, the grills have separated which means they cannot be used. Again, see the pictures. Someone with better DIY skills then me can probably fix them. Personally I found the speakers sound better without the grill. These speakers are rarely on the market due to how good they sound. If you've ever wanted to own a world class speaker at a fraction of the cost this is your chance. I have a custom made shipping box where the speakers are screwed down and there is plenty of bubble wrap to protect them.
