SONY ELCaset Deck EL-7 - non functional

Further Information: 

 

The Deck powers up, play, FF and Rewind spin the motors however the tape does not move. Playback is not possible!

VU meters work, react to input signal.

Consider this as a DIY project, a belt replacement or other faulty parts.
