EXPIRED McLaren 902 mono blocks very rare

Further Information: 2 owners since new & in vgc for age.

Very rare pair of New Zealand made Class AB mono blocks. 250w per channel @ 8 ohms or 500w per channel @ 4 ohms.Capable of running down to 1 ohm.One of the best power amps I have ever heard regardless of price.

I can attest to the fact these are very rare. I used to own the matching 602 preamp which was a great unit and hoped to find a pair of these 902 monoblocks and in 3 years of owning them never came across any McLaren power amps until seeing these.  I wish I was in the position to purchase these myself but wrong timing. Glwts

These can be updated and overhauled by ex Mclaren engineer / designer Bruce Crothers in New Zealand - supposed to be a massive upgrade for all equipment.

These were some of the finest i had heard - except I believe they were the 903

Yes thanks for that info & upgrading the 902 would make a difference but to me it's not needed but for anyone else here is the prices if you did want to upgrade.
