Looking for balanced DAC with volume control via remote. Topping, SMSL or any brands are fine. It will be connected between TV and studio monitors so USB only DAC is not an option but need to have either Optical or HDMI to connect and control the volume.

 

No need high end but budget conscious model would be ideal.
