Further Information

Used daily for a number of years until everything was packed away when I moved to a smaller place. Always used in a child and animal free house with no noticeable blemishes.

11.2 channels of processing (9 channels of amplification) with MultEQ XT32 room correction, which supports independant subwoofer calibration.

Dolby Atmos & DTS X

A few things to note:

 - Had the HDMI board replaced under warranty by QualiFI. Continued to work perfectly after that.

 - Adjusting volume via the remote works perfectly, but using the front panel dial makes the volume go randomly up and down. Works fine if you just use the remote.

 - Started randomly going into standby. Resolved this by turning auto-standby off.

More details about this unit can be found here - https://www.marantz.com/en-us/product/av-receivers/sr6012

Note that I'll include two HDMI cables and you'll need to reset the room correction when you start using it.

I also have the box, so it'll come nicely packed and ready to go :)

Cheers,

Mike

overall a nice avr that can be used as a processor for a cheap price, has the better internal dacs (before the fire) and handles up to 11 channels of processing with much better sub integration than the equivalent yammy etc.

dont worry about the small round display, i turn mine off, who reads info on an avr display anyway.. thats what OSD are for.. good value here imo be patient op.
