looking for a budget integrated amp for the shed. Must be able to run 2 sets of speakers and ideally have a sub output. bonus points for Bluetooth/streaming. 
 

will not be used for critical listing but will often get played loud. 
 

located near Ballarat Vic.

Good luck with the hunt.  In my garage system I use a NAD D3045 and find it to be perfect for this.  It's set up to take almost any connection, has 2 way bluetooth (I sometimes use the BT transmit in APTX HD late at night or early morning when working on my cars).  It has dedicated sub out and bass management onboard.  For this type od system I think it's great!

 

They pop up from time to time around the place second hand for $400-500.

There’s a NAD C720BEE on eBay for around $300. No modern tech but might be ok?  
 

Or could I do better?
