I bought a stash of these way back then when I was running Panthēon Audio. These are as NOS as you can get. The 5692 is a long life equivalent of the 6SN7 but with a sturdier construction making it for a very silent tube. To my ears, the 5692 is the best 6SN7 type you can get. The 5692 from Hytron are arguably the best 5692 available. They will last 6 lifetimes. This pair have the same date code for the OCD amongst yourselves.
