Rockster Posted November 7, 2023 Posted November 7, 2023 A 1.0 meter pair of Atlas Ascent Symmetrical XLR cables in immaculate condition with all the original packaging etc. The price includes shipping within mainland Australia The Atlas Ascent Symmetrical XLR to XLR analogue audio interconnect is the first of the Atlas Reference range of products; it employs an OFC screen with copper mylar to give a 100% RFI rejection The signal carrying conductors are our high purity, grain free OCC copper laid in a concentric fashion and contained in a Teflon dielectric. The outer PVC sheath is surrounded in a beautiful grey woven fabric finish. In the Ascent we do not place barriers from materials of different characteristics such as solder in the signal path; therefore the XLR plugs employed are our unique Atlas plugs. The Atlas Ascent Symmetrical was reviewed by HiFI News who concluded: "Build quality si first-rate, such that it's a shame to hide these Ascent cables behind vour equipment rack. The interconnects deliver deep. detailed bass and smooth high frequencies. Thev're expensive of course, hence the company putting its n e w Ascent range in its 'reference series'. But if your system is worthy, these cables should ensure you're getting the most from each component."
