An SNA calendar year would not be complete without YM putting up another pair of TAD R1's for sale . At least the mans not keeping us in the closet this time for months anticipating the next move as he appears to have given the game away in the listing as to whats coming!

 

For me, these are in my top 5 of speakers I have to listen to at some stage however the decimal point needs to move to the left a few spots in order for me to ever afford sadly.

I have the Evolution One TXs, which are sublime. I can only imagine how amazing the R1s are!!! GLWTS..

As a former owner of R1's - these are the best version of the best speaker in the world Imho. Outside of my current budget, but for the knowledgeable and well-healed audiophile - these make a lot more sense than the bling bling brands with new models every year.
