Neo Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 Then why not visit a local retailer and discuss with them? Perhaps get an idea what’s available in your price range and list the models you like. Otherwise it’s going to be going backwards and forwards until a decision is reached if any. Neo
sloper Posted February 5, 2024 Author Posted February 5, 2024 l have JB, Harvey and the Good guys close, but find salesmen only want to sell what they have instock. But will check a few out. regards Bruce
Neo Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 Why not visit a hifi retailer? Or at least call them. There are plenty where you are. Neo

Unlike JB hifi or other similar retailers staffed by kids with no idea, beyond the sale. Even that is a stretch. Neo 1

Even visiting JB and Harvey Norman will improve your knowledge...

What speakers do you have - some will have low impedance and that will limit your options, particularly among cheaper AVRs.
