Raiden Posted February 10, 2024 Posted February 10, 2024 (edited) Further Information: I'm selling my Pro-ject 6.9 Perspective Turntable which was Pro-Ject's first high-end Turntable (not to be confused with the Pro-Ject 6 Perspex). The positives: This has a floating sub-platter which sits on 3 springs and the movement is dampened by a brass rod which goes into a pot of thick silicone fluid. The platter itself is very heavy and has a screw-on record clamp. Adjustable cone feet for levelling. Belt is approximately 12 months old. I replaced the lid a few years back. Looks AWESOME!!! The negatives: No stylus (Ortofon 2M Red cartridge included - will demo to the buyer with my 2M Blue stylus which is not included) A couple of minor scratches which were too hard to photograph. A couple of small bits of broken plastic at the top of the spring cups, however I have moved these to the back so they are not visible. After balancing the tonearm and setting the tracking force I find I need to adjust approximately '5' on the scale heavier. Need a Speed Box for 45's The negatives aside, I've been very happy with this turntable and only selling as I need the space. Price is firm. PICKUP ONLY - NO COURIERS.
