audiolu63 Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 1 pair of jamo concert 7 speakers in cherry red wood finish. They sound stunning and i have only seen 5 star reviews for them. They were never cheap new. $3000 20 years ago and isn't now either come to think of it. One owner since new The treble is sparkling and precise.the midrange is all about vocal and very clean. The bass is tight and punchy even though there are 2 subs mounted inside the cabinet!! The cabinet is extremely solid and the construction is well designed. They can handle anything u throw at them. Currently feeding them 180w per channel. "Loudspeaker of the Year" - CESA Sound & Image Awards 1989 System: 3-way, double chamber bass reflex Woofer: 2 x 8" compound mounted Midrange: 167mm (6 1/2") Tweeter: 25mm (1") Rated Power: 200 W (300 W music) IEC Input Power: 80 W Operating Power: 6.3 W Frequency Range: 24-22,000 Hz Crossover Frequency: 150/4,000 Hz Impedance: 6 ohm Weight: 28 kg Dimensions (H x W x D): 920 x 286 x 313 mm The cabinets have some marks which are to be expected of age and the grills are in very very good condition. They are not in neglected condition. I am only asking a fraction of the price of these speakers and you would have to spend a lot more to even come close to its performance. I would prefer pick up only as they weigh 28kg each. Regretfull sale.. 1
Keith R Posted February 24, 2024 Posted February 24, 2024 I remember listening to these back in the day. Would have loved a pair but couldn't afford them. From memory they were replaced by the 707 which to me, and reviewers at the time, didn't sound nearly as good.
