I find this. Amp very precise although I am wondering if a ps audio stellar 300 amp with a streamer sound better

The Stellar 300 is a power amp, you will need a pre-amp of some sort. Some streamers have in-built DACs that can function as pre-amplifiers with volume control and source selection.

Or, is your plan to use the Evo as a pre-amplifier + streamer, than add a Stellar 300 as a connected power amplifier?

I think this second option would only be a sideways step (I have a Stellar 300 power amp, connected to the Stellar GainCell DAC/Pre-amplifier). The Evo 150 is a very, very good all-in-one unit.

 

Depending on what specifics changes you are chasing, you may need to spend a considerable amount of money to achieve your goals.
