Tannoy yorkminster SE

Extra Info: just putting the feelers out there to see if anyone has a pair of Tannoy yorkminsters they may be happy to part with. Judging by hifishark sales market price has been as low as 6k and as high as 16k with average used price 10-12k at present . Happy to pay market price .

The Kensingtons and Canterbury's are both quite different to each other and both fantastic , the yorkies are tuned a little lower than the Canterbury's and are also known to have a different presentation. It's more of a collecting thing than anything , having tried most dc tannoys I would like to tick the yorkeminsters and dc10a's off

I have a pair of vintage Tannoys so this is so interesting to me.  You must have have a lot of space to collect these monsters.  I might pick your brain over in the owners' thread later rather than mess up this WTB.  Cheers.

Believe it or not I saw a pair of York in Smith St Bazaar furniture store in Collingwood!  Think May be within ur price bracket- I asked them some months ago but forgotten the price.

 

Despite the name they sell vintage designer furniture.
