Marantz Remote fix?

Wear has come to bite my Marantz remote (RC027SR) controller's volume up section, is it repairable do you know team? thanks.

you could try opening it up and cleaning the contacts on the board and rubber button pad there is also a carbon pen you can get online to restore the worn pads.
