Honreekea Posted June 5, 2024 Posted June 5, 2024 (edited) Hey all, Has anyone had any experience with buying music downloads from this mob?...good, bad, indifferent....... <https://audiophilemusic.io/> Screen Grab Edited June 10, 2024 by Honreekea
muon* Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 (edited) Their address is listed on their website as: 83 Hitiri Road Kinloch 3377, New Zealand A search finds that address to be this. https://www.countrylodgekinloch.co.nz/ https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=83+Hitiri+Road+Kinloch+3377%2C+New+Zealand&atb=v386-1&iaxm=maps&source=maps I'd be cautious. Edit: Maybe shoot an email to Stephen & Christina Jones at countrylodgekinloch@xtra.co.nz and see if they know of this Peter and his business. Edited June 9, 2024 by muon*

A quick called, resulted with the owner not knowing anything about the download website. They're going to look into it. Edited June 10, 2024 by Honreekea 1

Luc Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 I've recently discovered an island below Stewart Island NZ(who knew!!!). It's been missed for many decades by cartographers and demographers and I have it's domain name and it checks out. AudioFileHiRez .com.HaHa.Yeah. Seriously. is it's rather long address, but it'll work. They have everything you need or will ever need. No sign up, no P/Word needed. Just choose your music and...My BSB will be in your inbox shortly 1 1

Qobuz ... just sayin' Which I have as subscription to and doesn't have the albums I want ( 2XHD Label recordings). I'll be buying the albums as CDs from Discogs. The owners of the boutique accommodation, which share the "same" address replied this morning that the website has nothing to do with them! 1

Hey Honreekea, I was smiling when I typed that - hoping the 'winking emoji' would hint at that. I don't think I've bought more than a couple of CD's since I signed up for a Qobuz Sublime subscription a couple of years ago (I have been gifted a few). I reckon I save more on the download discounts each year than the subscription costs me. I have been lucky to have been unable to find only a handful of albums available which I want / wanted, most often niche local stuff. Pleased you weren't taken in by that dodgy site and that the story is available to other SNA'ers ... like ME!!! Thanks 3
doogie44 Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 Qobuz Sublime is the gift that keeps on giving. Will I live long enough to listen to all the new music that is tucked away here--and that keeps on coming?? 1
