Primaluna 100 phono stage

Hi All

i have the new Primaluna evo 100 phono stage

replaced all stocks tubes but the 2 x 6922 these are for the MC gain

 I have tried to change with Genalex and Sylvania (nos)  but both of these are noisy when nothing playing but also can be heard in quieter parts of vinyl playback 

stock are silent 

Any thoughts on what to try next without breaking the bank
