Re: preamps, given your preamp is the "heart" of your system, they are very subjective. There will always be as many opinions about preamps as their are audiophiles on the planet.

not yet, I received the images of the 3-stripe model from the seller - I took the one with 2 stripes from the web

absolutely not of those dimensions, in which the MBL Extreme system seems really too plethoric and oversized - my room is 25/26 square meters
