Hi

Hoping someone can point me in the direction where I can find a replacement driver.  Model: AC165/DC35F1 (Aluminum frame, the compositecone(PP, carbon and mica), 35mm (1.38?) copper clad aluminum voice coil with flat wire, the special magnet system, 120mm×20mm Y30 Ferrite magnet.)

Can't find anything with the 6 hole fixing pattern.

Cheers

Pete

Are you sure this isn't an equivalent driver, for your Arum Cantus spkrs?:

Sure it's only got 4 screw-holes ... but that won't be a problem.  The specs are what is important.

Parts Express may be able to definitively answer your question.

I was happy to see that one when I searched .... how would you modify and make it look good?

I don't understand your question!

You screw it into the rebate which contained the previous driver.  You will have to drill 4 new holes in the rebate - but, because the rim of the driver hides the old holes ... you won't see them.

The only thing that matters (in terms of the existing XO) ... is how the specs of the new driver compare to the original driver.

But you would still see them

I would have to drill 5 new holes, not 4.

Ummm - this shows 4 holes:

And why would the no. of holes be a problem, anyway?
