Advice on removing tweeter from Audio Definition Statis speakers

Hi all wanting advice on removal of tweeters from Audio Definition Statis speakers they are covered with a type of slightly porest type of Lino and glued down .I was thinking maybe a hot air gun with protection for tweeters.I don’t want to damage the cover as I’d like to keep them original but need to change faulty tweeter .any advice would be appreciated

I'm no expert, but agree a heat gun with a plastic spatula looks like the best approach.

Hair dryer perhaps, from the pictures, it looks like foam ?

Hi all thanks for help I managed to get them off just today by using just a plastic flat scraper as I was worried about heat gun doing damage.I’ve got 2 repair kits on the way from England thanks Jodie
