Bugs Posted March 9 Posted March 9 Hi all, the amp seems to have dropped the right channel. Tried different cables, speakers and source but no difference, also tried the B speaker terminals, no diff, at first the headphones were the same, loss of the channel, so pulled out the amp different cd player, and the headphones worked both channels, so back in the rack and same issue with the speakers, headphones ok, tried the tuner input for the cd player, same issue, the VU meters both work as if all is ok, phono same as cd. Any thoughts?, and who to go to in Brisbane to fix this, thanks,....Bugs
audiofeline Posted March 9 Posted March 9 Could be a lot of things that could cause this, like a dry solder joint given the inconsistent behaviour. 1
075Congo Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Check the "Attenuator" and "Phase" buttons on the rear panel of your AS 2100 ....both need to be switched to the left. Fantastic amp.....when its not mucking up! Cheers 1
