t_mike Posted May 18, 2022 Posted May 18, 2022 Winston and Aubury are growing quite quickly, and Spencer seems to be quite relaxed with them now. They all like to sleep to the music. 8

Citroen Posted August 8, 2022 Posted August 8, 2022 (edited) Rescue dog's arbitrary birthday today so took her to her favorite beach. But nearly ended in her death! Never seen one here before, but a seal was lying in the middle of nowhere. I thought it was a log. She ran off to sniff it and I thought nothing of it until I saw the "log" move, and her trying to play with it. "Leave it" and "come" commands failed as it was just too interesting for her. Seal snapped and managed to get its mouth around her neck, and all I could think was that that's it, game over... A loud yelp, but she managed to get away miraculously! Vet examined and not even a scratch. I think her body harness must have helped to save her. Maybe 8 of the 8th was lucky after all. Still in shock... Edited August 8, 2022 by Citroen 3 1

CAVEAT: she is reactive around other dogs. We are in Melbourne area. If you or of you know someone that would be able to take care of her please send me a PM. Edited August 20, 2022 by hugo_wilco
