Awesome stuff, also check out Marrow Of The Spirt as IMO it's just as good or perhaps even better.

Also if you enjoy the folky elements another essential album is there White Ep (also sold as Whitedivisiongrey as a double Ep) which is a homage of sorts to the film The Wicker Man.

Cool, thanks will check out.

Yeah really liked the folksy elements, will check out too, cheers :thumb: That's the good Wicker Man right, not The BEEEEEEES!!! lol

Thanks very much TB :thumb:

Discovered Blues Pills over in the Psychedelia: Currently Spinning.. Janis Joplin returns (no disrespect).

Working my way through them and..

Blood Ceremony.. Oooooh YEAH!! Bluesy Sabbath sludge, with 60/70sish female vox, and organs, win win win.. not completely sold on the flute just yet, but sure I will be. Pretty much the coolest thing I have heard in yonks!!

Apparently their next is even better..

@@likwidsh0k yeah flutes it's a bit Tullish but I reckon it rocks how she also sings/phrases through it also.

Speaking of Janis Joplin if your not a fan of her style then definitely steer clear of The Devils Blood as she's channeling JJ's spirt in those albums...

Have fun mate.

Cheers

Yeah the flute was only small parts in the beginning when I posted, and then featured a lot more, and just finished the tube and by the end really liked it.

The no disrespect was that she has passed, I really liked the Blues Pills. Thing with Janis is only heard of her, but not her albums, so recognized the similarities in Blues Pills and really liked it, I really like the kind of unrestrained singing her guts out, so will definitely check out The Devil's Blood..

So much cool music to discover, so little time :thumb:

Probably a stretch calling this metal but wtf, it rocks so I'll include it. Where Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Rainbow collide. It also happens to have one of the most disturbing album covers I've seen (ok maybe it's just me)

Death cult demo

This is total killer with the legendary  Tom G Warrior on vocals.

He did this as a favour to Coroner, and as i have read ,Coroner were Celtic Frost's road crew.

And on side 2 the wicked ''Arrogance in uniform''

That had an "official" release a couple of years back. Another one I missed, I think only 250 pressed? I have a bootleg similar to Eky's though. Red vinyl.

This one is killer, especially the live cuts on the second disc. Can still be had for under a hunge from the usual outlets.
