 One of my favourites too. Jarrett's liner notes are also extremely moving, and brought a tear to my eye when I re-read them in the wake of Haden's death.

When I was in Title,browsing,they had this spinning.Brilliant.After I grabbed a coffee I looked it up on AAJ.

John Kelman awarded it 5 stars and called it a masterpiece.

It's on my to buy list after @@guru recommendation, I can understand why it gets better with every listen, it's very intense music...

Listening as I work to complete BAS. @@ericd picked this up for me at the Title store closing sale in Melbourne last year. A blind purchase for me, and I never looked back.

Ahh, finished that BAS-tard now listening to that Cornelius Cardew set you sent me last year. Time for a whisky and dim the lights :)

Tord Gustavsen - Restored, Returned

Beautifully understated mix of gospel and introspective Scandinavian jazz. So much shadowy space in this music, and I love the economy of expression.
