Much of that topic centres around speakers. Yours might look at it from a different aspect, fwiw. Cheers Yep, that pretty much covers this subject. I missed that one. Maybe the mod's could just move my post (starting the dialogue with 'This is the 'model spec room' at Bugatti etc) to that thread and close this one?

I searched for one after I came across this video (Seen Through Glass....an auto channel) and took the following screen shot. Do we need a speaker thread such as this? I think we do. Speaker design is wonderfully intriguing and sometimes crazy. So share pics of your own speakers, if you deem them 'tantalising'....or pics of any speakers you deem tantalising. This is the 'model spec room' at the Bugatti headquarters in France. "What are those speakers?" I screamed. Indeed they are 'Bugatti Royale' speakers, you can see the company logo on them.....but turns out they're made by another company (TidalAudio) and badged Bugatti.....but impressive none the less. This is from Tidal's website: BUGATTI – TIDAL – ultimate audio systems since 1999 (tidal-audio.com) Some more tantalising speakers....this time, Australian 'craziness'. The Kyron Gaia Evolution's @ $Au289,000. Wow! This thread could/should be speaker picture heaven.....roll up! Steve. Had one for the last 7 years - 19 pages 1

Post edit: Now that this has been merged, I have reworded my first post (the Bugatti one). NB: Responses to that post may now be a bit confusing. Edited May 20, 2022 by stevoz 1

Guest Posted May 20, 2022 Posted May 20, 2022 New flagship from Goldmund, the GAIA. Quote stunning minimalist design aesthetic with internal mechanical grounding - 5 way, 8 driver, 8 internal Telos amplifiers per speaker. Must be wireless too as I can't see any wires! 1

They've obviously moved/deleted them since. I'll upload a copy here in future but I feel that is a little cheeky. 1

Guest Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 You're probably right, I've likely posted these in the wrong choice of two potential threads
BuzzzFuzzz Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Howdy Folks. I was searching online for artwork on speakers and this image popped up. Art, or speaker?

How can something look so expensive and so tacky at the same time. (Taste, I guess) Again the only saving grace would be the sound. So frustrating that we see all these wonderful and hideous speakers on here but have no chance of getting to enjoy, perhaps, their only real attribute. Would love to be at The Show, no doubt a few weird and wonderful entries to marvel at. 1

The shape is quite intriguing - it is just the sight of the innards that's a problem. Maybe round-off the shape of the bass section to match the top sections as well. Then change the rollers for spikes. And there you have it. And they aren't even paying me a consultancy fee - I'd accept an audition (at home, of course) as payment-in-full. 1
