21stcenturyquaker Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 FS: Naim Nap 90 power amplifier. For those unfamiliar with Naim equipment this is a power amp only and needs to be used with a Naim pre amp. Serial number indicates it was made in 2000. Fully re-capped in september 2012 by Andrew Coles of Hi-Fi Restorations at a cost of $500. (Receipt to prove). Very good cosmetic condition. Slight impressions to metal case surrounding left hand speaker input as seen in photo. I have recently inherited a Nap 250 so no longer require this fabulous amp. Don't underestimate the Nap 90: it performs very well, even when compared to the Nap 250 and as Naim says, "Despite it's apparently conservative power output there are few loudspeakers that the 90 will not drive with authority and control" Power cable has a UK plug on it so you will have to fit an Australian plug. This sale will include a genuine Naim Snaic cable and the original box. $495 Cash on pickup. Item is in Reservoir, Melbourne. Will post to Australia at buyers expense. Postal estimate for Sydney is about $35.
