Jesco Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Hiroshima Prefecture in Japan has a street view for cats. http://hiroshima-welcome.jp/kanpai/catstreetview/index_2_on.html Pity I can't read Japanese. I noticed a dog looking through a window at the 'guide cat' in one of the images. It looks very interesting but bandwidth hungry... I'll have to wait until the wee hours to view this.

rocky500 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 The cat is a perfect match for those speakers, both have that long slender look!
Andrew S. Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 (edited) This is the one of two threads my wife likes me to show her on SNA - the other one being about dogs. The rest of SNA she would happily see disappear down a dark hole. Thanks fellas for posting your moogies. Edited September 8, 2015 by Tom.Stopforth 4
Cafad Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 And this is a pic of Panther sleeping off a meal of freshly filleted Mackerel. So full he has to sleep on his back. 6
Pieface Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Our Maine Coon at around 10 months. Imaginitively named Mickey by the kids - has been super with young ones, very tolerant! Almost a year old this one so I suppose I should get an update. 11

Pieface Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 something, something, white balance I will try and get one outside on the weekend. Some sources say the Maines grow until they are four so it will be interesting to see if he gets any bigger. I'm not sure there is much to him under all that fur! Just starting to warm up a little here so we are bracing ourselves for a shedding storm! 5
Andrew S. Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 This was my cat - George - in the Blue Mountains in 2011. He turned up as a stray - below was him the first morning we let him inside - he was skinny as, covered in fleas and very very hungry. But just wanted cuddles. Off he went to the Vet for de- nadding, shots, de fleaing and generally a once over. He had been dumped with his brother in a car park - and we found him under our front stairs. His brother ended up at the local vet. Our other cat (very unusually) welcomed him into the house, or at least tolerated him, so he became part of the family. He had the sweetest nature - he could have monstered our old girl any time he liked, but didn't raise a paw to her, no matter how grumpy she got with him. No other cat got within cooeee of his territory, and he saw off dogs without a thought. He was very large - like a Maine Coon, but not. The old girl and him had an uneasy truce. She just wanted to be left alone, he wanted to play. But he pushed the boundaries....this was most definitely her bed! Sadly when we moved back to the city he had to be re-homed - he was a big boy, and a country cat, and wouldn't have coped with the city. He ended up with a yoga teacher for a Mum, two young sons to kept him busy and a Dad that dotes on him. This is him in his new home. I miss him still. 8
Guest Muon Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 How can people dump pets  He's lovely
