It has JBL's "Differential Drive" dual voice coil and a very robust cone with rubber surround. I'm selling this due to a change of direction. I'm building a pair of large main speakers and will no longer need a sub (or have the room for one!). This is a dual 8 ohm driver, so wire both coils in parallel for 4 ohms. Suits a sealed box of around 70 litres or a larger vented box. This is the Mk I version - the logo is printed in white on the dustcap, which is (slightly) less tacky than the current model with a silver badge. Don't confuse it with the rest of the JBL car subs, this is a serious driver. Collection only please due to weight, from Melbourne 3011. Pictures:
