Alice Cooper & Revox Unleash Limited Hi-Fi Duo as Shock Rock Goes Reel

In an unexpected and striking collaboration, German audio specialist Revox has teamed up with shock rock legend Alice Cooper to unveil two extraordinary collector’s pieces that fuse high-end analogue audio with rock ‘n’ roll theatrics.

The Alice Cooper Limited Edition comprises a custom B77 MK III Stereo Tape Recorder and T77 Turntable, handmade in Germany, each accompanied by exclusive master recordings of Cooper’s The Sound of A.
Limited to just 25 units worldwide, the B77 MK III Alice Cooper Edition reimagines Revox’s iconic tape machine. Long considered a reference point in analogue reel-to-reel audio, the MK III returns with upgraded internals, a bold new look, and unmistakable Alice Cooper flair. Each unit is hand-signed by the man himself and ships with a collector-only master tape version of The Sound of A, presented on custom-designed reels matching the unit’s dramatic aesthetic.

Also available is the T77 Alice Cooper Edition Turntable, restricted to 50 units globally. Retaining the high-spec construction and sonic pedigree that Revox’s vinyl replay heritage is known for, the T77 arrives with a custom Alice Cooper finish, signed plinth, and an exclusive master-cut vinyl pressing of the same EP—one that promises superior detail over traditional record releases.
A Revox spokesperson told StereoNET the collaboration is designed to bring fans as close as possible to Alice Cooper’s original studio sound while honouring the company’s analogue heritage:
It’s not just a tape machine or a turntable but a fusion of audiophile precision and theatrical design — each piece a functional work of art.

Alice Cooper echoed the sentiment in a promotional video introducing the limited editions, emphasising the power of analog audio to deliver music as it was meant to be heard:
What I love about this collaboration with Revox is that it brings the raw, authentic sound of my music into a format that fans can truly appreciate. It's like stepping back into the studio with me.
A short film featuring Cooper himself is supporting the launch. Filmed in his personal awards room, it documents the signing process and reflects his appreciation for analog formats and their connection to music’s emotional core.
In a further twist sure to entice collectors, those who purchase either model before October 31st, 2025, will gain access to an exclusive Meet & Greet event with Alice Cooper—either in Munich or the United States—reserved solely for owners of the limited edition units.

The Revox B77 MK III Alice Cooper Limited Edition costs €23,487, while the T77 Turntable Alice Cooper Edition starts at €7,521 and can be ordered directly from the Revox website.
