AUDIOFLY AF100 MK2 IN-EAR MONITORS NOW AVAILABLE

Audiofly is unarguably Australia's biggest success story in headphones.

The Western Australia-based brand founded in 2012 now exports its headphones all over the world and is enjoyed by professional musicians and enthusiasts alike. Audiofly also recently featured on the television show The Voice with artists choosing Audiofly professional IEMs.

The release this week of its AF100 MK2 In-Ear Monitors (IEM) marks the expansion of Audiofly's Pro Line offering products for both musicians of all calibres as well as the most discerning head-fi enthusiasts.

Audiofly's AF100 MK2 features a single 9mm dual-diaphragm dynamic microdriver that is said to allow better separation and clarity across the full frequency range. Audiofly says this results in a "noticeably rich bottom end with complementary mids and highs."

The acoustic housing of the AF100 MK2 follows the same ergonomic design used across Audiofly's Pro universal line of IEMs and used by industry-leading professionals. A fluid and organic shape combined with an angled soundport, ensure long-listening comfort, optimal noise isolation and a universal fit like no other.

With longevity and reliability in mind, the cabling features a double braided cable reinforced with an additional TPU wrap for improved durability and water resistance. Combined with extended over-ear strain relief, cable fastener and seven different sets of ear tips, the AF100 MK2 guarantees a more secured fit built for performance.

applause awards

Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.

Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.

The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.

We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
