CH PRECISION 10 SERIES RANGE MARKS 10 YEARS OF AUDIO EXCELLENCE
CH Precision is marking its first decade by announcing the 10 Series range of products which will be unveiled at High End Munich 2019.
CH Precision's new 10 Series looks similar to the company's 1 Series, but they have tweaked the exterior to differentiate the models. Firstly, the 10 Series has a straight profile on the front panel, in place of the trademark curve and, for the first time, the units will be available in additional colours to the standard blue-grey finish. Yup, champagne gold and anthracite finishes have been added to your choices with the 10 Series.
However, as you can already imagine, the real differences lie behind the façade.
The 10 Series is based on the Swiss brand's proven audio circuit and power supply topologies, albeit with every aspect of their design being re-examined.
CH Precision has taken the ten years of development they've put into the 1 Series products and have applied that accumulated knowledge to the 10 Series.
Every circuit board has been re-laid, every component has been reassessed and where a performance advantage is to be gained, replaced.
The benefits are measurable, with among other things, reductions in noise floor and phase error and a significant increase in headroom and dynamic response. But more importantly, the differences are said to be clearly audible. Something we are looking forward to putting to the test when we visit Atrium 4, Room F221 at High End Munich 2019.
