Chord Company's new C-view Plus HDMI high-performance budget interconnect joins the C-series and boasts a 48 GBps-bandwidth and 10K at 30 Hz, 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz resolution. Additionally, the new cable supports Dynamic HDR, HDCP2.3, eARC, 3D and all HDMI audio formats.
Furthermore, the C-view Plus HDMI is compatible with SBTM (Source-based Tone Mapping), Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), Quick Frame Transport (QFT) and Quick Media Switching (QMS).
We are told that the cable benefits from high-tech graphene-shielded premium copper conductors, with foam insulation and a twin-foil inner layer. Like all Chord Company HDMI cables, the C-view Plus is heavily shielded against unwanted HF noise.
The cable also features gold-plated copped HDMI connector shells and connector pins, plus a PVC and zinc-alloy HDMI connector backshell.
Despite the entry-level nature of the C-view Plus the newcomer is sold with a lifetime warranty against defective materials and workmanship.
