CLEER AUDIO ALLY TRUE WIRELESS EARPHONES

Cleer Audio introduces the Ally true wireless earphones that boast 10 hours playback.
Cleer has launched the Ally, a set of true wireless Bluetooth earphones that offer an industry-leading 10 hours of playback. Furthermore, the Ally buds are housed in a jewel-box-style charging case bolsters the earphones with an additional 20 hours of playback.
Cleer's design-first sensibility sees the earbuds equipped with an external touchpad for easy play/pause control. Additionally, sensors will automatically pause playback when you remove an Ally from your ears, restarting your tunes when you place it back in.
Unlike many other true wireless buds, the Cleer Ally doesn't have a dominant side, so you can use either the left or the right to make and answer phone calls. Thanks to Qualcomm's True Wireless technology, the Ally is a next-generation listening experience.
For more active types the Ally's Freebit earwings will keep the earphones secure even while working out. Their ergonomic design and silicone tip fit snugly and create a seal to improve sound quality.
Cleer's CEO Patrick Huang told StereoNET:
Music is an escape most relish in their day to day lives. Our goal with any Cleer product is to offer a transformative listening experience that doesn't run out of battery before the day is done. With up to 2 times longer playback than the category average, whether you're making a phone call or listening to music while on a run, The Ally is as functional as it is intuitive while maintaining a lightweight, minimal design.
The Cleer Audio Ally is available now from Harrods in a choice of metallic red or metallic grey priced at £149.99.

applause awards
Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.
Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.
The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.
We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
