Jabra Announces Elite 75t Earbuds

Sound specialists, Jabra, 3D-scanned thousands of ears globally to find the ideal size for comfort and fit when developing its new Elite 75t Earbuds.
The result, says Jabra, means a secure fit that’s suitable for most ears and an ergonomic shape that practically makes them ‘disappear’ while using them for extended periods for music and phone calls.
These unbelievably small earbuds offer “premium sound” and utilise four-microphone technology to ensure crystal-clear calls.
Said to offer an incredible 28-hours of battery life on one charge, the devil is in the detail: while a basic charge will keep the buds going for up to 7.5 hours, the timing will increase to up to 28 hours with the charging case. The fast-charging feature offers one hour of playback time from 15 minutes of charging.
Jabra’s sister company is GN Hearing, which promotes itself as “the only company with world-leading expertise in the human auditory system, sound and speech, wireless technologies, and software development linking deep insight and knowledge from both the hearing aid and the headset industries – all under one roof.”
GN Hearing’s expertise is gleaned by Jabra and utilised with the 75t. They’re Jabra’s fourth-generation earbuds, so it’s fair to assume that they got things right the first time, and then improved with each iteration.
Jabra’s Regional Product Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific, Xuanling Lu, told StereoNET:
We are excited to introduce the most comfortable and long-lasting addition to our award-winning Elite range of true wireless earbuds. On top of delivering premium sound, the Elite 75t delivers smaller, better-fitting earbuds with longer battery life.
Other features of the Elite 75t buds include Jabra’s latest noise and wind-reducing algorithms, which make taking calls anywhere less stressful; adding magnets to the charging case; instant connection to Siri, Alexa or Google Assistant; and access to the Jabra Sound+ app, which allows (amongst other things) users to customise their music profiles using an equaliser.
Available soon, the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds will be available in a variety of colours depending on the region. Pricing has not yet been announced.

applause awards
Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.
Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.
The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.
We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
