Marshall's new Kilburn III Bluetooth speaker promises "powerful, high-quality sound" alongside industry-leading playtime, all wrapped up in Marshall's iconic amp and cab aesthetic.

While the Kilburn III's massive 50-hour battery life and the fact it can act like a power bank is sure to catch headlines, Marshall's promises of a consistent, powerful sonic signature from the Kilburn third-gen model's improved tuning and wide band driver units and "360° True Stereophonic Sound", as well as "well-rounded mids, crisp highs, and bass that digs deep" that should keep music fans happy.

Externally, the Kilburn III resembles a mini Marshall combo and offers a bank of control knobs for adjusting sound equalisation and volume (it only goes up to 10), a power switch, a play/pause toggle, and a detachable velvet-lined carry strap.

Built tour-ready, Marshall's Kilburn III is IP54 dust and water-resistant, so it should survive most festival situations.

Hanna Wallner, Marshall's Product Manager, told StereoNET:

Kilburn III represents a ground-breaking evolution in our product line, showcasing a completely reengineered acoustic design. We've enhanced its visual appeal, refined usability, and extended the playtime to over 50 hours. Kilburn III is a remarkable upgrade from the Kilburn II.

The new Marshall Kilburn III is available in black or cream and is priced at £300 / US$380 / €349.
