Meze Audio Advar Premium Earphones Announced
Meze Audio's latest premium in-ear headphones, Advar, is named after a Romanian talisman and powered by a 10.2mm dynamic driver.
The Advar from Meze Audio promises to deliver a powerful yet smooth sound, staying true to the Romanian-based company's signature.
We are told that the 10.2 mm dynamic driver produces incredible accuracy without fatigue thanks to a "warm and dynamic presentation" across a claimed frequency range of 10hZ to 30kHz.
Advar, to the ancient Romanians, is said to be akin to a talisman or amulet. This is somewhat reflected in the earphone's design. On the outside, there's a solid stainless-steel chassis design inspired by various raw shapes found in nature, such as the rounded surface of minerals like hematite, states Meze.
However, comfort is guaranteed through the ergonomically contoured shape allowing the earphones to be inserted and removed easily.
Antonio Meze, Lead Designer and Founder of Meze Audio told StereoNET:
When we developed Advar, our goal was to create something meaningful. A piece of audio that's artful, spiritual, and timeless. I think the result we achieved reflects the spirit of Meze Audio so well.
Meze Audio's Advar will be available worldwide starting April 15th, retailing for £649/ €699.
