The show is held at the Pullman Albert Park Hotel & Convention Centre. It is located at 65 Queens Road, Albert Park.

The show is NOT held at the Pullman Melbourne On The Park on Wellington Parade, East Melbourne.

Yes - the Student / Concession Card Holder ticket is available as a 1 Day Pass. This ticket applies to students, and all government issued concession card holders (including companion and disability cardholders). This ticket does not apply to Seniors Cards. It entitles the ticket holder to discounted entry for the show on either the Friday, Saturday or Sunday within the published opening times.

The Victorian Government has indicated that guests over the age of 16 wishing to visit any hospitality venue and staff working at these hospitality venues will need to be fully vaccinated. The venue and show organisers will request official proof of vaccination or medical contraindication certificate from each of these visitors upon arrival to the complex. Entry may be denied if official proof of vaccination or a medical contraindication certificate cannot be presented.

Updated: 23rd April, 2022: The Victorian Government has announced that most COVID-19 restrictions will be removed from 11:59pm, Friday 22 April 2022. Changes will include: 

Vaccination and check in

  • Patrons won’t be required to have two doses or show their vaccination status before entering any venue.
  • The requirement for staff and patrons of venues to check-in using the Service Victoria app will end, with operators not required to keep any attendance records or maintain a COVID-19 Check-in Marshal.
  • The existing two-dose and three-dose vaccination mandates for workers are still required.

Face masks

  • Face masks will no longer be required in hospitality and retail settings, or at events of any size.

Children under 18 years receive free entry, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds on unused tickets.

All ticket sales via this website are considered "e-tickets". You will not receive any printed tickets or further correspondence by us in the mail.

When you place your order, you would have received an email confirmation containing your PDF tickets. You will be required to display the barcode on these tickets (either printed or displayed on your smartphone) for scanning upon arrival at the ticket desk.

For Student Ticket holders, you will require your current Student Card at the Ticket Desk.

If you have not received the confirmation email - please check your Junk Mail or Spam folders. If you still do not find it, please open a Support Ticket with your name, and also the date you placed the order. We will email you a copy of your confirmation.

The Australian Record Fair will be open across all 3 days from Friday to Sunday as per show hours.

Yes, a one day or 3 day pass entitles the ticket holder to enter the HiFi Show and the Record Fair..

Saturday 21st October:  10:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 22nd October:  10:00am - 4:00pm

The prices to have a room or stand at the show vary. You should contact us to discuss your requirements and the pricing.

Yes, Pullman Mercure has 500 parking spaces available for $32 per day (maximum daily rate). Access via Lorne Street. Prices is correct at time of writing and subject to change.

Yes of course, at the entry of the Mercure tower of the hotel, you'll find the ticketing desk. However, it is faster and more convenient to purchase an e-ticket prior to arriving at the show.

Yes, you can purchase tickets online, or on the day at the ticketing booth via cash, EFTOS and credit card (VISA/Mastercard).
