Chord’s POLY, the audiophile portable music streamer MOJO companion will work better and easier now that the new Gofigure app has arrived.
The new iOS app (no Android yet, unfortunately) is the one MOJO owners have been waiting for to make life easier when setting up a network. Install Gofigure, and suddenly settings management becomes simpler.
Gofigure brings with it a slinky, powerful new user interface that’s not only a doodle to navigate but enjoyable to use.
Getting Gofigure up and running with your Chord and smart devices is also pleasurable. A novel set-up wizard configures existing and new POLY devices to Wi-Fi networks near you.
You’ll also get easy access to Bluetooth functions and the wizard makes all the above a cinch with step-by-step prompts for anyone needing to plunge into Hotspot mode.
Open the app and you can’t fail to spot a new feature called QuickPlay.
This allows hassle-free replaying of playlists stored on your MicroSD card for those times such as in the gym when you don’t want to overly fiddle with your smart device.
To get the best out of Gofigure you need to update Poly’s firmware to at least version 1.0.26.
Gofigure is available now from the App Store and once downloaded can be used without you having to configure a PIN and having to choose access point mode.
Gofigure requires iOS 9.3 or later, and is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
