Elite Audio Stages Source Shoot-Out
It is great to see audio gatherings returning this year with the likes of the UK Audio Show, and now Elite Audio has something exceptional planned to mark its first demonstration event in two years on Saturday, November 27th.
Elite Audio's Ultimate Audio Shoot-Out sees hi-fi show staples played across various formats in two listening rooms aimed at different price points.
Listeners will judge between reel-to-reel, cassette, vinyl, cd and streaming — during blind test runs. The votes which they prefer will be published afterwards.

The Elite team will be playing Miles Davis Kind Of Blue, Dire Straits On Every Street and Love Over Gold and Dave Brubeck's Time Out on all formats throughout the day (10am–4pm).
The source equipment being used includes an Akai GX625 Reel to Reel, Nakamichi Dragon Cassette Player, Pro-Ject Signature 10 Turntable, Electrocompaniet EMC1 MKV CD Player, and HiFi Rose RS150 Streamer.
The sources will go via an Electrocompaniet ECP 2 MKI phono stage, Luxman L-595A SE amplifier and out through Klipsch Heritage Forte IV loudspeakers all tied together with HiDiamond cables. Mains power will be sorted thanks to Puritan Audio conditioners.
Additionally, Ralph Ward from Henley Audio will be on hand to answer any questions regarding Pro-Ject, HiFi Rose and Klipsch products.
Looking after the body as well as the soul, complimentary refreshments including soft drinks, tea and coffee alongside food from Wildfire Pizza will be provided.
Finally, there will be stacks of exclusive special offers to attendees and prizes worth up to £350 to be won. Not only that, every visitor will get a goodie bag to take home - ensuring nobody leaves empty-handed.
