Gold Class Seating For Your Home Cinema

Australia's very own brand of home cinema seating, Cogworks, have added a new model to its luxury recliner range, dubbed 'Maxium'.
Maxium is the latest addition to the already popular luxury Home Cinema Seating range offered by Cogworks. The Maxium has been built especially for Home Cinema and Media Room situations with an according array of features. For example, the lower profile headrest design accounts for surround speakers and minimises the blocking of sound from the back of the room.
Further features for the modern move lover, Maxium is equipped with built-in storage, dual USB chargers, which are a must for the multiple electronic devices in the modern home, and brushed aluminium cup holders for your favourite beverage.
The powered accessory port is a welcome addition to the new chair -which accommodates the included tray table. Additional accessories include a Tablet/Phone holder with wireless charging functionality - you can even order the optional (but essential!) wine glass holder. We're also told that additional powered accessories are being developed and will be released soon.
Unlike many chair offerings, the Cogworks Maxium coverings are 100% Leather with custom colours available, but also new to the Cogworks chair line-up is a range of fabric options.
The Maxium was designed with durability and reliability in mind, with two quiet electric motors for the headrest and recline functions, all controlled with a simple switch that has a convenient "return" button (one press to engage back to the original position).
Adrian Duhigg, Custom Sales Manager at Cogworks, told StereoNET:
We are proud to release Maxium into the market. This seating range was developed based on feedback from installers and designers and in conjunction with our manufacturer, and the result is a simple, classy, yet very reliable chair.
Whether it is a single chair, "love seat" style couch, or multiple rows, just as you see in photos of high-end home cinemas you lust for, the modular design of the Maxium chair system offers flexibility with numerous layout options for all applications.
Cogworks also offers a "White Glove Service" with each purchase. This exclusive service includes free delivery, installation and rubbish removal for a seamless and convenient customer experience.
The Cogworks Maxium pricing starts at $2,299 and ranges to $2,899 RRP per chair, depending on finish and options. The black leather chairs are available to ship immediately.

applause awards
Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.
Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.
The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.
We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
