Kennerton Luxury Headphones Now Available
Luxury division of Fischer Audio, Kennerton have just bought their range of professional audio grade headphones to Australia.
Founded by a group of professional audiophiles, the concept of Kennerton arose from watching the evolution of the audio industry: they noticed the decreasing number of products that offer true high quality sound, highlighting the large number of fancy looking, low quality models made by the famous brands of today.
Kennerton’s mission is that you pay for nothing more than the quality of sound. Kennerton’s engineers are making every effort to reveal the potential of each model and optimize every detail to find the best balance between price and quality - high quality sound at a reasonable price.
The Kennerton line boasts a series of four earphones and two headphones, which have incorporated the most advanced technology, highest quality materials, and the best service with the motto: “designed by audiophiles for audiophiles.”
Odin Flagship Hand Made Headphones ($3,500 RRP)
Highlighting their range are Kennerton’s reference series cans, the Odin Flagship Hand Made Headphones, which will be available in Australia early September. They incorporate newly developed 80mm planar-magnetic drivers, with every aspect of the highest technology being implemented, including phase coherence, flat impedance, and a low-mass diaphragm.
The Odins also boast a multi-layer 10µm polyimide film diaphragm, which has been tested for reliability and longevity in the most extreme environmental conditions. These headphones also contain Kennerton’s FEM-Optimized Magnet System with 10 neodymium magnets arranged in a symmetric push-pull configuration.
With unique semicircular bar magnets, the Odin Flagship Hand Made Headphones offer significant advantages over conventionally used rectangular shaped bar magnets, by providing a more uniform magnetic field that greatly reduces internal resonances and produces a supremely optimal sound.
With this technology, the Odin’s provide a greater sensitivity, and thanks to its powerful magnets and low-mass diaphragm It can easily and fluidly be driven by portable devices.
The other headphones in the range also include the Magister Hand Made Headphones ($1,369 RRP), Algiz Flagship Earphones ($690 RRP), Laguz Earphones ($170 RRP), Ikiz Dual Driver Earphones ($345 RRP), and the Jimo Dual Driver Earphones ($525 RRP).
Kennerton is distributed in Australia by Absolute Hi End.
