Kii Audio have reportedly informed Pure Music Group that they do not intend to seek another distributor "but will pursue a different sales model for business in Australia".

Pure Music Group have been instrumental in launching, showcasing and establishing the start-up company Kii Audio into the well-known brand it is today. Pure Music Group has long championed the potential benefits of active loudspeakers, and the introduction of the stylish and compact THREE systems to Australian audiences was met with wide acclaim, quickly cementing itself as a "must hear" product within the genre-defying segment now often labelled "Future-Fi". 

Pure Music Group Managing Director Rom Beyerle told StereoNET:

Although regrettably the decision comes as result of an oversight at Kii Audio leading to a misalignment of expectations, what we have built with Kii Audio in Australia is commendable. Existing Kii Audio owners can have full confidence that both companies are committed to ensuring the long-standing excellent reputation of the product is backed up with exceptional service, support and warranty. We wish Kii Audio continued success in the future.
