Panasonic MZ2000 2023 OLED TVs Revealed
Panasonic has announced its MZ2000 OLED TV for 2023, which is available in 55, 65, and 77-inch sizes.
Panasonic's new MZ2000 OLED TV line boasts a new state-of-the-art panel, a multi-layer heat management system, and proprietary picture processing, alongside gaming, and audio improvements. In addition, the MZ2000 has a higher peak brightness of approximately 150% and improved average brightness compared to previous models. It, of course, also supports a range of HDR formats.
Panasonic's pioneering new design ushers in a custom module dubbed "Master OLED Ultimate", comprising a state-of-the-art panel with Micro Lens Array and a bespoke multi-layer heat management configuration. Panasonic says that the combination of the new module with the firm's HCX Pro AI Processor ensures every detail is clear, with realistic highlights and stunning colour accuracy.
The brand's HCX Pro AI processor and Hollywood tuning promise to present stunningly accurate HDR picture quality.
The TV also has an improved Filmmaker Mode and ambient colour temperature sensing. In addition, we're told that thanks to its Streaming 4K Remaster algorithm, your streaming experience is improved through more detailed and cleaner images.
With HDMI 2.1 support, the MZ2000 is also suitable for gaming, with 4K up to a 120Hz refresh rate, ultra-low latency, low input lag, VRR, AMD Freesync Premium, NVIDIA G-Sync Compatibility, True Game Mode, source-oriented tone mapping, and Game Sound Modes. The new telly also sports a built-in sound system and support for multiple audio formats. Furthermore, Panasonic's proprietary 360° Soundscape is further enhanced by an upgraded Bass Booster algorithm for deeper low frequencies.
The MZ2000 features the latest iteration of Panasonic's smart TV OS, my Home Screen 8.0, which supports all major video streaming services and comes with improvements to the Bass Booster function, accessibility features, and the myScenery function.
Panasonic has worked with the German Federation of the Blind and Partially Sighted to further improve our accessibility options, opening up different setting options for both hearing and visually impaired users.
